Shipping fees may vary based on region, weight, and specific details of the order.

Shipping Logistics Partners: Our courier partners include reputable companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS. Delivery Estimates: Approximately 3-20 days (Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed).

1. Please ensure the shipping address on your order is accurate before making payment, as this will be the address used for shipment.

2. In cases of force majeure, order processing may experience delays. However, we prioritize swift processing whenever conditions allow.

3. We take every precaution to prevent product damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at ultramanticmagic@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.

4. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred due to address changes after delivery.

Orders Tracking:

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, date and time of order placement, order status, and tracking numbers for shipped items. You can track your items on the carrier's official website around the clock.
