Terms of Service and User Agreement

These Terms of Service form the user agreement that governs your use of the UltraMANTIC online store and your purchase of products or services from UltraMANTIC Productions Limited ("UltraMANTIC", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the store, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence. Information you provide for an account or order must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately, but screen settings, production tolerances, and handmade or technical components can cause minor differences. Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance after payment and inventory checks. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

4. Prices, payments, taxes, and import charges

Prices and currencies shown at checkout apply to the order. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other charges are included only when expressly shown as included. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount confirmed at checkout and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

6. Product use and safety

You are responsible for reading and following product instructions, warnings, and local laws. Performance products and tutorials are intended for lawful entertainment use. Do not use our products to deceive people for financial gain, invade privacy, cause harm, or engage in illegal activity.

7. Intellectual property

The store and its original text, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, tutorials, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to UltraMANTIC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use purchased products and associated instructions for their intended personal or professional performance purpose, but you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected content or methods unless we give written permission.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the store to break the law, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or extract content in an abusive manner, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or third parties.

9. Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, delivery, and support services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are made from UltraMANTIC, not Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party websites reached through optional external links.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude any warranty, right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, information may also be processed by Shopify and service providers needed to operate the store and complete orders.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes apply from the stated effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

For order, product, payment, delivery or return enquiries, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our physical orders are dispatched from Kunshan, Jiangsu, China. The registered office is not a return address; please contact us for return instructions before sending any item.
