Where do you ship from, and how much is delivery?
Physical orders are dispatched from Kunshan, Jiangsu, China. Economy Shipping is US$9.90 for orders under US$60 and free for orders of US$60 or more. Express Shipping is US$42 for any order value. Available destinations and services are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are normally handed to the carrier within 1–4 days after payment and inventory are confirmed. DHL transit is typically 3–6 working days after pickup, subject to customs and the destination. Economy Shipping is slower and varies by route. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
How does the UltraWhisper2 early-access deposit work?
The early-access deposit is US$500. The stated expected delivery is within two months after payment. The normal in-stock dispatch schedule does not apply. Review the deposit product page and Payment and Billing Policy before ordering.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact us as soon as possible for a cancellation. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions in our Returns and Refund Policy. Please request return instructions before sending any item.
What if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step under our Returns and Refund Policy.
