This Payment and Billing Policy applies to purchases from the UltraMANTIC online store operated by UltraMANTIC Productions Limited, Hong Kong SAR.
Currency, prices and order totals
Product prices and checkout charges are in US dollars (USD). Review the selected product variant, quantity, discounts, shipping charge and any taxes displayed at checkout before confirming payment. A price for an accessory or an early-access deposit applies to that named option, as described on the product page.
Payment methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout and may depend on your location, currency, device and payment-provider eligibility. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Your payment provider may require additional verification or decline a transaction.
Payment and order confirmation
When you confirm payment, you authorize the selected provider to charge the total shown at checkout. An order is accepted only after payment and inventory checks, as described in our Terms of Service. A pending authorization does not by itself confirm that a payment or order has been accepted. If you are unsure whether a payment succeeded, contact us before trying again.
Billing details and receipts
Provide accurate billing and contact details, including an email address where you can receive order information. Keep your order confirmation and payment receipt. For a billing question or invoice request, contact us with your order number; please do not send full payment-card details by email.
Bank charges, duties and taxes
Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. These charges are set by that provider. Destination import duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility unless checkout expressly states that they are included. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Early-access deposits and pre-orders
The UltraWhisper2 Early Access Deposit is US$500 and is a deposit toward the product described on its page. The deposit is charged when you pay; the stated expected delivery is within two months after payment. Review the product page for the delivery terms and the scope of the deposit. An early-access deposit is a one-time payment and does not authorize automatic recurring charges.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation, return eligibility and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post them.
